UCSA Programming
Minimize
Over the last 20 years, UCSA has conducted over 30 weeklong A.T.L.A.S. Summer Leadership Programs
and nearly 1,000 workshops -- impacting over 40,000 San Antonio students.

United Communities of San Antonio (UCSA) has built a distinguished record of service to our community through programs dealing with youth and education; inter-group relations; dialogue and concerns of the community.

Our programs provide a safe environment in which education, dialogue and interaction among participants result in increased listening and communication skills, increased self-esteem, mutual respect and communitment to making a difference.

Our programs also explore and create understanding of the impact of bias, prejudice and oppression on personal identity, interpersonal relationships and social structure.

Participants learn the skills needed to become an empowered leader, an ally, advocate and change agent while recognizing the responsibility as leaders to advocate for causes and issues they believe in and transferring into action within their chosen community.

As a result, the entire community benefits from the UCSA program experience.
