Bobby Rosenthal
Bobby Rosenthal is Partner in the law firm of Tuggey, Rosenthal, Pauerstein, Sandolosgather LLP - San Antonio, Texas with his emphasis in Real Estate, Lending and Corporate Matters. The firm is based in San Antonio and also has off Human Washington, D.C. Bobby attended the University of Texas at Austin where he received both his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.)/Finance Degree and his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) Degree. His involvement in San Antonio includes the San Antonio AIDS Foundation, A United Way Agency where he served on the Board and the Executive Committee; Temple Beth-E1 Board of Directors as Vice President, Social Action Committee Chair and as Mitzvah Day Co-Chair; United Communities of San Antonio Board of Directors, Past President, Executive Committee and Dinner Chair in 2008 and 2009; Golden Manor Nursing Home, Board of Directors and Executive Committee; Cancer Treatment Research Center at the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio, Board of Governors; City Council and Mayor Pro Tem, City of Alamo Heights 2005-present; University of the Incarnate Word, Co-Founder of the Quarterback Club; and the Alamo Heights Mule Team-Fundraising Vehicle for Extracurricular Activities at Alamo Heights Independent School District. Bobby is married to Jill Rosenthal. They have three children.  
 
Rev. Dr. Robert L. Jemerson is Pastor of Second Baptist Church. He is a retired Chaplain Colonel, USAF, and is an ordained minister of the American Baptist Church. He earned degrees from Bishop College (B.A., 1966), Virginia Union University School of Theology (M. Div., 1969), Presbyterian School of Christian Education (M.A., 1970), one year in Clinical Pastoral Education at the Medical College of Virginia, and Drew University (D. Min., 2001). Rev. Jemerson has been involved in the community as Past President of the San Antonio Community of Churches; serves as a member of the Board of Directors of San Antonio Mission Ministries; United Communities of San Antonio Past President and member of the Executive Committee; Top Church Steeples; and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Carver Cultural Center Development Board. He is an active member of the NAACP, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, 33rd Prince Hall Mason, Optimist Club of America, Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, and VIA Metropolitan Transit 2025 Task Force. He has been recognized for "Outstanding Service" to the community of San Antonio by the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity; received the Alpha Kappa Sorority Trail Blazer Award in 2001 and the Phi Delta Kappa Sorority Hall of Fame Award in 2001. He is currently serving a second term on the Board of Trustees for Our Lady of the Lake University. On a national level, Rev. Jemerson served the Progressive National Baptist Convention as Vice President at Large of the Southwest Region and continues to hold the office of endorser for all the convention's Chaplaincy Services. In December, 2001, he was elected Chairman of the National Association of Military Chaplains which oversees the endorsements and ministry for all chaplains (1000+) civilian and military. Rev. Jemerson is married to the former Jacqueline Locke of Buffalo, NY.

Steve Edlund 
Steve Edlund is President of International Bank of Commerce-San Antonio. Edlund earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance from Texas A & M University in College Station. A native of San Antonio, Steve Edlund has been an instrumental part and one of the driving forces of International Bank of Commerce's commercial lending team. As Executive Vice President and Senior Lender, Edlund and his team have set the precedent on commercial lending in San Antonio and South Texas. Customers who previously had relationships with other financial institutions are drawn to IBC s expertise and quick decision making process. A salesman at heart, Edlund enjoys providing the best service and products to IBC's customers in the most efficient way possible. In June of 2004, Edlund was named President and Chief Executive Officer of IBC San Antonio. As President/CEO, Edlund continues his involvement in commercial lending as well as overseeing IBC San Antonio's retail branch network which is comprised of over 40 branches. This includes the communities of Boerne, Kyle, Luling, Marble Falls, New Braunfels, San Marcos and Schertz. In continuing his dedication to IBC's customers and the communities they live in, Edlund is a staunch advocate of volunteerism and IBC's Employee Advisory Board. He believes in a team oriented approach in business and in the community. Edlund is a Board Member for the University of Texas at San Antonio College of Business, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Edlund is a Foundation Board Member for CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital and President of the Ambassador's Circle for the Greehey Children's Cancer Center. Since 2006 Edlund has spearheaded fundraising efforts for St. Leo the Great Catholic School. His work with the private Southside school has provided much needed funding for their scholarship program which serves a low socio-economic area of San Antonio.
